Just writing to say that I'm still alive, I just haven't been active in DA for..2 years now? I'll be posting new stuff again soon.

Oke, jadi pagi kmaren ada anak Indo kuliah di Singapur yg bunuh diri. Kami2 para Indo dsini sangat shock, ngerasa banget karena sesama Indo, walaupun ga kenal dia. Jadi dia anak year 4, lagi bikin final year project, katanya dia frustasi skripsinya ditolak terus ama profesornya. Terus dia tancep tu prof, dia potong urat nadi, trus loncat bunuh diri. Profesor selamat sih.

Pertanyaan gw, mank nilai hidup itu sama besarnya dengan lulus kuliah? Sejak kapan sih kita-kita ini jadi segitu mentingin nilai dan lulus cepet dan ijazah bagus? Mank udah ga ada nilai lain ya di hidup ini? Kok bodoh banget sih, bunuh diri karena takut lulus terlambat? Buat apa sih?

Kalo gw sih, tau kalo kuliah dan nilai bagus itu bukan yang terpenting, jadi seandainya mesti tinggal kelas pun gw ga bakal sampai bunuh diri segala lah ya. Apalagi pake nancep profesornya. Mixed feeling nih, gw simpati, tapi pada saat yang bersamaan marah juga. Kayanya pengen teriakin dia, MIKIR PANJANG DIKIT NAPA. Gimana rasanya jadi orangtuanya, yg mendadak dapet telpon dari Singapur dan dibilangin anaknya bunuh diri?

Udah gitu ada concern dari kami, kalo kejadian ini bikin rusak nama anak Indo sini aja. Liatin aja di berita2, ditulis terus INDONESIAN-CHINESE. Gw udah liat anak2 non-Indo ngeledek2 soal ini nih.


[EDIT] Ni journal infonya udah outdated. Skg uda confirm katanya bkn bunuh diri. Tapi skg banyak spekulasi aneh2 yg gw males ikutin c, capek, jadi kalo lo masi pnasaran google-in aja sana.

I really really don't want to do assignments at the last minute, but somehow everything I do become last minute. How to stop procrascinating? I can't seem to find the will to get up and actually do some work.

I really dunno what to do for the lit exam.>->; I haven't even watch the freakingly boring Waiting For godot. DIE.

Yoohoo! I'm in Singapore right now, but not entirely for the leisure thing, more like I'm looking around for college and uni here. Let's get to the point now, cos I'm using my cousin's internet now.

Does anybody know what are the good uni/ colleges for arts/multimedia design in Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia/USA?

Actually, I don't have the confidence to be accepted by NUS or NTU, cos I heard they have a low acceptance rate, and they will look at our reports first and my averages aren't exactly all above 85.

So can anybody give me a pointer?
